Anthony Butler, Esq. is an attorney, consultant and trainer. Prior tojoining Vantage Solutions LLC, as it Regional Managing Counsel for Washington, D.C., Mr. Butler was with Global Lead Management Consulting of Baltimore, Maryland. There he served as In-house counsel, responsible for advising managing partners on general legal issues that confront the firm. Specifically, advised the partners and Human Resources Director on the legal aspect of employment law issues such as: revision of the employee handbook, internal sexual harassment investigations, and FLSA employee classifications. Also advised partners on employee, vendor and client confidentiality statements, contracts, and responded to client concerns about the legality of corporate diversity initiatives.

During the summer of 2000, Mr. Butler worked as a law clerk for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Saint Louis, Missouri. There he assisted the EEOC staff and EEOC Investigators on a variety of employment law issues including drafting Summary Judgment responses legal research on-site EEOC investigations and summarizing complaint intake meetings.
