Daniel T. Novellano, Esq. is Counsel with Vantage Solutions in the firm’s Chicago office. Prior to joining Vantage Solutions, Dan practiced law with the Ashman Law Offices in Chicago and Michaels & Ward in Boston, and also served as Counsel to Hands On Technology Transfer, Inc. in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Mr. Novellano’s experience in unemployment compensation law includes representing clients before the Illinois Department of Employment Security (IDES) under the State of Illinois Legal Services Program. Mr. Novellano has experience litigating unemployment benefit claims at hearings and on appeal to the Board of Review. His practice also includes representing clients on matters before the administrative branch of IDES.

Mr. Novellano is an experienced attorney and is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Massachusetts. His experience is wide-ranging, including all aspects of employment law and complex litigation. He graduated from Boston University School of Law in 2004, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the school’s Legislation Clinic. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts in 2001 from Boston College.

Dan is an avid cyclist and an aspiring chef, with a particular interest in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Dan enjoys traveling and is conversant in Italian.
