Mediation

In the spirit of our proactive practice, Vantage Solutions practices the transformative mediation style. Transformative mediation is aimed not merely at resolving a particular dispute, but on addressing the problem in employee relations that is the origin and basis of the dispute.

We have learned through experience that employees sue most often when they feel treated in a less than a respectful manner.
