Contract-to-Hire
Will your immediate need become a long-term commitment? Start with a temporary resource with the goal of direct hire after a pre-defined trial period. Candidates start as contractors of Vantage, and are transitioned to permanent placement in your organization after you ensure they are a good fit.
Direct Hire
Take the heavy lifting out of the recruiting process. Vantage sources, pre-screens, interviews and vets talent specific to your organization’s needs and culture for permanent placement on your team as an employee of your organization. We take the time to find the right person for the role through our multi-step vetting process, presenting you with only the top candidates. We provide a candidate summary for each, giving you a leg up on the interview process.

Candidates are sourced from our extensive database of industry professionals, and are then pre-screened, interviewed and vetted via references to ensure you’re getting candidates that are highly experienced and carefully screened to fit your specific criteria. Once we send them over, you’ll interview to ensure a fit in your workplace. Vantage can facilitate background checks with a trusted partner for an additional cost. Post-hire, we help you manage the relationship.
Vantage has a “continuity of care” guarantee for all professionals staffed – if you are dissatisfied at any time with the services provided, we will send a replacement candidate for your review immediately.
